I have been working with cut-paper collage for as long as I can remember and my illustrated children's books all feature this medium. I hand paint Japanese Kozo paper with acrylic paints and then use these papers to create layered designs that are adhered to a painted background with a dry-glue method and embellished with oil pastels and acrylic inks. You may view this method in my studio videos on YouTube.
The images in this portfolio are all available as prints in a variety of sizes. Email me for details. If you are interested in the availability or price of the original collage, please inquire. You may also purchase a selection of prints, posters and other gift items on ETSY and CAFE PRESS.
